Ignacio Montero

My first real job was a few months as a React developer at Orange Loops, a studio in Montevideo. It was short, but it's where I learned how a team actually ships software.

Then I went freelance — and never went back. Lots of projects for clients all over the world, until the clients got bigger and stayed longer. That practice became Radical: for years it was me plus a few trusted contractors.

Recently Radical became a real team. That's the part I'm proudest of: we build products for founders in the US and Europe, and I get to spend my days on architecture, people, and — more and more — AI.

I'm also a crypto enthusiast. Lately I've been deep in the ecosystem through client work — building ChainGlance, a portfolio and tax tracker across 60+ blockchains, and wiring up more chain and exchange APIs than I can count.
